ADULT MUAY THAI
Muay Thai, often referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs,” is a traditional martial art and Thailand’s national sport. It is a stand-up striking sport, where two competitors face off in the ring, using punches, elbows, knees, and kicks to dominate their opponent. Muay Thai is unique in its allowance for clinching, sweeps, and throws, adding versatility and strategy to the sport. These dynamic elements make Muay Thai one of the most powerful and effective striking arts in the world.

KIDS MUAY THAI
Physical training helps us strengthen our bodies, but it also improves the health and performance of our brains by sharpening cognition, increasing memory, and enhancing our ability to concentrate. Children in our program learn as a group with children of different ages, abilities, and skill levels working together to overcome challenges, meet training goals, and support each other's progress. Together, students master the techniques necessary to advance in Muay Thai while increasing their strength and coordination and developing a healthy sense of confidence and self-discipline.
Our Youth Muay Thai program is open to students of all skills levels ages 8 to 13. A typical kids Muay Thai class will include warm-up exercises, stretching, jumping rope, bag work, and partner training drills. Students will practice partner training drills to develop coordination, strength, and agility. All students are expected to adhere to Capital's Student Code of Conduct.
